sorry of switching to English... speaking about mafia, here i should come :-)
A big difference between what you call mafia in la sociedad de autores y editores, and the sicilian mafia, is the daunting assumption that, in the latter,  the vast majority of sicilian citizens have been silent and accepted those misfacts, whilst in the first case the discography or the editors are doing their interests without common knowledge of it...
I was astonished by an applied case of "copia privada" when I was in Madrid: if you visit el Prado museum, you can take as many photos as you like... I think Spain is already moving in the right direction for what it concerns these problems of property rights, so you should be quite happy about it!!</description>
